• Quand l'eau n'arrivait pas au robinet

    Il y a soixante-dix ans environ, l'eau n'arrivait pas au robinet dans les maisons de notre région (et bien rarement ailleurs en France). On allait la chercher à la fontaine. Bien entendu, cela impliquait que n'existait aucune machine à laver et que la toilette se faisait à la cuisine. Ceci explique, entre bien d'autres raisons, l'architecture des maisons d'alors qui sont heureusement nombreuses à subsister. Témoignages sur ce temps à travers nos vallées.
